GROUNDED: Land, Water, Food, & Sacred Stewardship

Home » Blog » GROUNDED: Land, Water, Food, & Sacred Stewardship

The “Genesis Mandate” is more than just a historical concept—it’s a call to action for our modern world. As climate change continues to impact our health and our homes, the need for “Sacred Stewardship” has never been more urgent.

On May 21, 2026, the CANACOM webinar series continues with its second session: GROUNDED: Land, Water, Food, & Sacred Stewardship.

Reclaiming Our Role as Guardians

This session focuses on “Creation Day 3,” moving us from being passive gardeners to active guardians of the earth. We will explore the vital links between the environment and our well-being, guided by the sobering reminder in Hosea 4:3: “Because of this the land dries up, and all who live in it waste away.”

  • It is a conversation about survival, faith, and the future of our food and water systems.

How to Join the Conversation

Whether you are in Jamaica, Guyana, or anywhere across the Caribbean and the Americas, your voice is needed.

  • When: May 21, 2026
  • Time: 6:00 PM (JA) / 7:00 PM (Guyana)
